This is also the second book I’ve read by her, but so far both of the books have been amazing. Penelope Douglas is a pretty amazing author which is something I don’t say a lot. As a person who reads RH books, I can honestly tell you Credence isn’t a RH book because Tiernan doesn’t end up with all (or more than one) of the Van der Berg men.Īfter that little spill, I was kind of disappointed that this wasn’t an RH book, but after getting to about the 75% mark of the book, I could tell that it wouldn’t have worked out because of the dynamics of the characters. Also this book IS NOT a reverse harem book, based on the synopsis there are some indication that it could be, but it’s not. So before we get to far into the review, I want to say that there are elements of a dark/bully romance from one of the love interests.
